To receive the ecobee lite, residents must contract to lease a residential property located in Toronto between now and December 31st, 2022, with an occupancy date no later than February 2023. Catalyst reserves the right to replace the Ecobee lite with a similar model in stock at the time of commencement of the lease. No representations or warranties are made with respect to the usability of the device in the home or suite rented. 18+ and excludes residents of Quebec.
