Welcome to Bayview Village
The brother to Willowdale East, Bayview Village is a very familial neighbourhood. The community was deliberately planned to fit into the existing landscape – the East Don Valley Parklands. The parklands trail winds its way through the centre of the area where you find winding streets and multiple cul de sacs graced with spectacular ravine lots. Motorists are approximately 25 minutes to the downtown core via Bayview Avenue or Yonge Street, and on-ramps to Highway 401 are located at Yonge Street, Bayview Avenue, and Leslie Street.

Bayview Village is located in Ward 13. In addition to being minutes drive from some of the premiere private schools, there are a variety of Public Schools available in this district. The closest being Bayview MS and Elkhorn PS. The closest Secondary School is Georges Vanier SS. The community is closely located to various presitigious private schools in Toronto.

Bayview Village Mall, one of Canada’s Premiere malls, is an attraction to residents across the city. Shops, restaurants, and services are easily accessible in the mall.
